WHAT IF you had to sell your BMW and drive something domestic?
Just wondering, what would you go with if you had to pick a domestic for your new car?

I cross shopped the Cadillac ATS before I got my 335.

I'd rely pretty heavily on my two legs to get me places

I was actually just thinking about this a few weeks ago. Started obsessing about a new Mustang Shelby GT500. It's completely mental, and living in the PNW I could probably not even use half of the 662 hp. I'd also be giving up my Jalopnikmobile, an '11 E91/M-sport/RWD/6MT. I think Steve McQueen would approve though...

Depends. What do you mean by "domestic"?
http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2...ts-4.html?_r=0 The BMW X3 is assembled in Spartanburg, SC; the Cadillac Escalade in Mexico, and the Chevy Camaro in Canada. The Honda Accord is about as American as apple pie at this point. I'd be fine with one, just as long as it has three pedals.

I'd probably go with a mustang gt. Don't know if I'm a huge fan of the new design, so I'd probably get the 2013. Or just a classic boss.
Or a cts-v wagon with a 6mt. I doubt I'd ever be happy with either in the long-term, though. I'd still rather have one of these than something from japan, though.

That's not the ATS-V, and I'm one of those hating all things F30 so it doesn't help the case.
M2, now THAT I would be all over.

I'd get a new Camaro, Charger, or Challenger and be really happy about it.

Maybe so, but the latest Chargers/Challengers and Camaro's look awesome.
Dodge might break, but would it be any worse than injectors, hpfp's, and possibly turbo's that people have endured on here?
