Uneven hood gap

Hey all, so last night hopped out the e90 and noticed my hood bulges way more on the driver side than passenger. The driver side even has wiggle room and makes sounds when i wiggle it, the passenger side does not. The passenger side looks good as can be and there is a little wiggle, but nothing like the driver side and there is no sound at all. Here are some pics

did search and people are saying "adjust bump stops", so i found these bump stops on my hood but i dont see any screws to adjust them or know any other way. Is it my bump stops or something else?

Thanks all!!

Have you tried pressing the higher side down? I close my hood gently, and sometimes only one side catches the latch.

The bump stops should be rubber, just twist them, and they will adjust up and down. There is threading built into the rubber, so no screws or anything.
