Right Front Axle Solenoid Valve (Hold) Open/Shorted

I have a 325 xi, do you know where is this component?

I am getting this error (C1303) from the OBD, the car is drivable but it feels like is misfiring / shaking, the misfiring occurs also when the car is not moving.

I also get a "Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction" (P0500).

Any DYI available? or has any of you encountered the same problem?

thanks a lot

First thing to check for shaking is a bad coils.

First thing to check for shaking is a bad coils.
Also check your battery voltage because if the battery is
real low you can get all kinds of false error messages.
