Question for people with H & R sports
Do you guys have a hard time going up steep hills from the base, or problems with speed bumps? I will most likely not be putting on an M sport lip. Will be running 19 x 8.5 and 19 x 9.5 et 35 all around with 225/40/19 and 255/35/19 Any feedback would be appreciated!!

My H&R/B8 Combo is coming, and I did a lot of research. Even with the M-Performance Lip, there is no reason why anybody should have any issues with Steep Hills and Speed Bumps. Take them slowly, at an angle if necessary, and you'll be 100% fine. If you don't have the lip, you have even more clearance/give. I live in HK, the city of terrible entrances, steep corners/hills, and speed bumps, and people get around with the B8/H&R Combo, and the M-Performance Lip alright. It's PU, so, even if it scrapes a little, it's not a huge deal. It's just plastic anyways |

H&R Sport Springs on an M Sport with M Adaptive Suspension.. No issues at all but of course I'm careful and don't drive it like a truck.. I take most bumps straight with no problems, but take the larger ones at an angle.

I have the h&r sport w m performance lip on standard msport shocks, no problems at all! Speed bumps all over my complex and I can take them going straight, just need to angle to get into huge steep driveways and plaza entrances, worst I got was a scrape on the underside of the lip, no scratches or scrapes visible at all!

Running Bilstein B8s with H&R Sports will result in a very minimal drop. Great setup by all means, but the Sports don't lower the car significantly as is, and Bilstein B8s have a tendency to raise the car back up slightly.

Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks! Are you running the same setup? I'm sure it will probably settle over time.

I veryyyyyy rarely have any problems. Never had rubbing issues. However I plan on getting rid of the car soon, so I am getting rid of my Super Sports. If you're interested, shoot me a PM!

Hmm so I'm planning in installing the M Performance splitter/lip combo AND the H&R Sport springs
Is that asking for trouble?

Any news OP ?
Did you make the swap ? What are your findings ? I am considering keeping my stock 19in wheels and do a spring drop myself. Any tips ? This is another good thread to check out if you haven't seen it yet: http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=966817
