Need your help on my 2008 335i Price Quote

Hi Everyone-
First off thanks for the amazing information at this forum!
With that being said, I finally narrowed down my choice of car to the 2008 335i Sedan.
A friend of mine recommended I use CarsDirect.com to get my car.
I got the following quote:
Car 39752
Sport Package 1545
Steptronic Automatic 1210
Paddle Shifters 90
Premium Package 2320
Cold Weather Package 910
Comfort Keyless Entry 455
iPod/USB 365
Navigation/i-Drive 1910
Rear Window Shades 525
Park Distance Control 320
HD Radio 315
---
Total For 2008 335i Sedan: 49,717 (without tax, licensing, etc.)

The biggest price discrepancy is for the price of the Car. From the pdf file from this forum (MY08E90.pdf)showed the invoice car price is: 35,790, retail price: 38,900 and CarsDirect: 39,752.

I really need to make a decision and require your help, is the 3,962 price difference expected? From reading these forums, I dont think that I can get the car at invoice, but I also think that 4,000 dollars over invoice is too much.

Please let me know, your advice is greatly appreciated.

rear window shade isn't that much - it's between $300-400.

The cars direct price seems high, but are you sure the other prices aren't for 328's?

I'm picking up the exact same car in Montego Blue at the Performance Center on Monday. With tax and lic. the total came to $50,350. Keep looking that sounds a little high for a sedan. By the way I also have active steering.
