paint suggestions - lower front bumper

So I have had to valet my car several times in the past two weeks and can't quite figure out when it happened, but someone pushed a parking barrier or something.

There is about 6 inches or paint that is starting to peel away from the lowest level of the front bumper, looks like from being over flexed; and a scuff where the impact was.

Anyone have suggestions on getting this cleaned up? My dealer had my rear bumper repainted on an my convertible for $600 a few years back, but hoping for a cheaper option.

Where do you live, diesel brother? I use EuroPros in Gaithersburg. You can tell Derek that Mike with the white diesel3 sent you. They're not cheap, but if you email them a pic of the damage they could probably give you a range.
