Is this a good deal?

Hey all, i recently visited a bmw rep who's suppose to be a good hookup, and he gave me this deal on a 335i sedan:

money factor was .00215 he said he can bring it down to .00200 with a security deposit. i cant remember what the residual of the vehicle was I want to say 63% but im not 100% positive. But anyhow it was a 12,000 a year lease, for 36 months with $847 driveoff, payments are $555 + $45 tax which puts me at $600 even. MSRP was $43,625. Selling price was $41,xxx, heheh cant remember, 41,200......41,400 something in that range, anyway i know it was less than 41,500.......sorry some of the details are missing, I guess i was still tripping after the test drive.

the car:
As far as the 335i Sedan.

Base Price: $38,900

Destination Charge: $775
Exterior Features:
Black Sapphire Metallic $475
Interior Features:
Black with Leatherette Upholstery and Burl Walnut Wood Trim
Options:
STEPTRONIC Automatic Transmission $1,275
Sport Package $1,700
Paddle Shifters $100
iPod/USB Adapter $400

Price As Built: $43,625

any and all feedback is appreciated and wanted,,,,,,,,,as far as if i missed a vital option , term of lease, down amount, hahah whatever, I'm all ears......

thx in advance

hehehe thx OC 335i, i checked a lot of those threads but it seems everyone else is opting to get fairly fully loaded 335i's. personally im not big on the whole options galore, i have yet to see a fairly basic one like the one i want, hence why i posted the details to see if for that particular car im getting a great deal. How do you feel about the deal? ne other feedback ?

I havent heard of a lower driveoff/lease payment for such a car as you have spec'd. Then again, I don't think people lease cars that aren't ZSP+ZPP+often nav
