It's only a 40 percent chance and they are supposed to be scattered in the afternoon which by that time we will be in Philly already.

The last Philly cheesesteak run during a storm drew at least 400/500+ cars out, was insane. And it was fine for most of the drive and the time in Philly.

That being said, don't know if cruising with Paul will work, that P-Car is too slow to follow

The good thing about all these fancy European sports cars and exotics is that most of them have windshield wipers installed from the factory. But obviously only America's 1% can afford such options on a car.
