I just confirmed with my CA that my car is on the EL.

Is anyone else booked?

Here's some info in case anyone else is on EL.

According to my CA its scheduled to dock at Port Hueneme on 12/15 but according to the schedule it will arrive on 12/16.

Here's its reported location from last sunday:

Someone over @ bfest, said its currently in the mid atlantic and will dock in Jacksonville on monday.

Now the wait!! :sad0147:

UPDATE 12/9: EL has made it thru the Panama Canal and is now heading toward open waters in the Pacific at 19.4 knots (Latitude N 8°05.344' Longitude W 79°40.466' ).

And as far as where you can track the ship, its a bit harder for nyk line ships because you can't really track them effectively. Like those going to the east coast. I believe they are using a free-trial of a service called "sea-web" to track it.

Bit of bad news :sad0147: Apparently there is a hold @ port hueneme with customs. There are 3 ships waiting with the vehicles still not cleared by customs.

The E.L. was scheduled to arrive @ the port this sunday but the new port hueneme schedule has it listed to arrive on monday. And even if it does arrive, there are 3 ships ahead of us waiting to be cleared. At this point the best we can hope for is before the new year!!

OC is way behind on updating the status of your vehicle. The most accurate update besides your CA is the 1-800 number.

New order, I also called the 800 number and they where not that helpfull. They told me that OC was normally 2 days behind in reporting. I'm still hoping for xmas
