I heard from more than one person that it can take weeks from docking to dealership. Which is bitter sweet because I want the car but can't get film until late next week.
Would love to hear you guys getting your cars this weekend. |

My car is supposed to be on a truck heading my way (arrived in port on 2/24 and production finished early January). I got my allocation in September and literally every stage besides paint booth to production finished has been delayed. Really hope I can take delivery on Saturday as scheduled and be done with this as I currently don’t have a vehicle.

Just spoke to my SA and he’s telling me it’ll likely be 5 days from arrival at port until it’s at my DFW area dealership.

Is that the M Performance spoiler? Port Installed? Do you mind sharing how much they charge for a port installed spoiler? Trying to decide between M performance or aftermarket. Definitely going aftermarket for front splitter and sideskirts as I do not like the fins on the side of the M Performance style.

Spoke with the BMW Genius' this morning. My M2 should be on a truck by 3/20 headed to the dealership. The ship got in several hours later than expected, or else it would have been delivered this afternoon. So close!!

My status just flipped from "In Transit" back to "At the port!", just as predicted.
At the risk of jinxing it, I'm really impressed with how quickly it went from production to making it to the destination port. The final QC was on Feb 27th, so it's only taken 16 days to make it to Port Hueneme. It should be just a few more days until it arrives at my dealership! Unfortunately, I'm traveling to San Francisco for work between Monday and Thursday next week. So it's almost certain I'll have to wait until next Friday to pick up the keys regardless of how quickly it gets to Phoenix. |

On the plus side, that means that, regardless of potential delays, you're almost guaranteed to have a car to pick up when you get back! 😁
