If you have read the threads, you would know it cannot currently be added at the dealership by the CA just "clicking" to add. It will take aome additional effort and the CA ir SM going to BMW NA to have them add.

That’s odd because I literally saw my CA add it last month and I had him remove it last week.

It has not been able to be added at the dealership "click" for the last few weeks (due to product stock, it was being limited in a somewhat controlled manner). Removing it is a different story.
