Insurance renewal 330d
Afternoon all!
Just renewed my insurance on a 08 plate e90 330d m sport. I'm 24 with no points, driving 7 years with 4 years no claims bonus. Gone through sky and got in down to £772 fully comp. could get better quotes on go compare, but I wanted a company to insurance a remap + suspension mods. So sky for the bill. Does it sound reasonable? I think so considering it an expensive car plus I'm under 25! |

One of the Admiral/ Elephant/ Bell group have allways been cheapest for me when I was younger trying to insure an expensive car.
They are all pretty much the same, so try one of them... |

I'm 33 with 13 years NCB and got my 57 plate 330D M-Sport insured for £267 with Swiftcover, fully comp, vaslues at £18,000 based on 10,000 miles per year.
I was more than happy with that, especially as it was £400+ last year with E-Sure. |

Funny as admiral would not insure mine with a remap!
I live just north of Nottingham so my area is probably ok aswell! I could get it down to £640 ish on go compare and places like. But choice a company to insure mods |

For London this does not sound expensive and depending were you live things could get quite steep. Some of the quotes I have seen here are really cheap. Your postcode really matters. |

It's all about the postcode..... so you can't really compare! To get the quote down - reduce "estimated" annual mileage to 6k & increase your voluntary excess! |

I stay in Peterborough, locked in a garage within secure parking. I was quoted £300, 43 years with 9+ NCB. Admiral would not quote as my mapping was above 25% of the standard BHP. I went with L&V for £400 with the extra increase in power. However I can change between, 245 and 270 BHP.
