That's surprising - I guess I expect BMW might give their home market in Germany more perks instead of fewer. We should be happy with the BMW tracking system since most other manufacturers don't offer anything.

I think the European market is not quite as important for BMW as the American one. However, there are impressive BMW branches in almost every major city in Germany. Bad for normal car dealerships, good for us customers.

First I would like to say hello to all members! I agree with you that BMW’s tracker might not be Real time but at least it’s something.I have an M240i on order since March , but since I’m impatient and already SOLD my Car. I put a Deposit on a Camaro SS 1Le which is in transit. The only way to get a status of the car is for me to contact the Dealer.I figured if the Camaro shows up before the BMW , I would go with the Camaro.It seems the Camaro is still in Michigan being outfitted with the 1Le package and not yet “in transit”.

I pick her up Tuesday then straight to the detail shop for ceramic coating. So i actually won't have her until Friday...but it is nice to be at the end of the journey.

I'm still showing as being in QC. My prod date hasn't changed and still shows 6/10 so I'm not sure what's up. Maybe it's completed but waiting on something. Or it's completed and not updated on the tracker. Might call tomorrow for any info they can give.

Gah this probably explains why I (prod 25) didn't see any change from "production scheduled"....starting to get nervous it's going to be fall before I see my car. Been trying to limp my current gal along and it's gonna start getting a bit more pricey to do that.

Yep! Mine finally changed to Ready For Transport this afternoon as well.

Mines been stuck on ready for transport for a week. Called genius line to get a date when it's suppose to head out and they have no clue. Sit and wait time… killing me smalls lol

A few of us have been on that since Monday June 6th. I called Genius on Thursday and they stated the car was in transport to the port. Called again yesterday just to see. They said the same thing. To me that seems like a long time in transport to the port. I could be wrong. I've seen people's tracker not update till the car was actually delivered, online and through calling genius. So either it is taking a while for transport to the port or it may be further along. A ship left VC on Saturday and is heading to Baltimore. So im keeping an eye on that just incase. Maybe they are putting them on boats and getting them shipped and trackers are just not updating. Either way the long wait is almost over hopefully

I've been in Ready for Transport since the 2nd, pushing almost 2 weeks now. No updates on tracker and Genius & Dealer see nothing more until a vessel is assigned and no one can really tell for sure if it's even at the port yet. I've been eyeing ships coming in and out of VC at https://www.vesselfinder.com/ports/MXVER001 but ships with a recent history coming to/from NY/NJ area are really sparse right now. Painful final leg of the journey, but it'll all be worth it.

It's definitely a painful wait lol. The ship im keeping an eye on is the Adria Ace

Good one to eye. Historically it has been to Baltimore then to New York. It would be a miracle if our cars are on there. Adria Ace is currently headed to Baltimore with an ETA of 6/16. I have to stop checking mygarage tracker every 20 minutes haha

It would be a miracle lol. When I checked New York, I didnt see the Adria Ace expected there. New York is only showing expected ships up to 6/17. So maybe theres a chance. Other than that ship, I see no hope for a while haha

Awesome news Mando! How long were you in the Ready for Transport status? Curious if we were relatively close in status dates

Sigh... Day 4 in QC. Called genius line and they said it looks like the car was completed on 6/10 but it still shows in QC which is weird. So they probably don't know what exactly is holding it up as well.
