Sounds great! Make sure to take plenty of before and after photos to share with the G87 forum.

Loving that Cognac interior more and more each time I see new pictures.

It’s too bad your car doesn’t have the lighting package, for whatever reason the half baked DRL’s on modern BMW’s give me hives. I suppose that’s the intention, probably wouldn’t spend the $1,000+ on updated headlights otherwise.

Thank you guys! Yeah I was thinking the same about the headlights but might switch them out so if anyone knows the part # for those!

Ordered MMR springs and spacers just waiting to get the car!

That will be one expensive upgrade, but if you have the budget for it —all power to you! Tried looking on a few parts websites for schematics, but the G87 is too new. Your best bet will likely be the parts department at a dealership.

Personally never been a fan of lowered cars. Wheels are surrounded by an arch. You can eliminate the gap to the North, but the original gap still exists East & West which makes things look terribleness imho.

Where in MD? I’m in Delaware and I’d love a ride if you’re willing. Can’t get a test drive anywhere. After you break in the car, I’d love to meet up.
Cheers,
Rick

Looks so much better in person! Went straight into matte Ppf and need to get them adaptive headlights swapped in asap! Please let me know if anyone can help with those!

This is a totally different car then the m240
And I believe this will be the m3/m4 killer , much more nimble and agile! Can’t wait tell the mods are done 🔥

That white looks way better than I thought. The side sill / quarter panel fitment isn't nearly as bad as the preproduction photos showed.

Thanks guys! Yeah it looks wayyy better in person! Pics don’t do it justice, it actually looks like a proper M car and the body panels look just fine, everyone is over criticizing the M2’s looks. It looks great and if your passing on this car because of the looks then you’re not looking for a true drivers car!

Maybe it's just me but the paint different (seen on every bright M2) hood/bumper would drive me crazy.

Congratulations & enjoy it!

Interesting point, never thought of that but will definitely try to notice it. I am not a fan of slammed cars but definitely appreciate the wheel well filled up slightly more. The real difference maker are spacers but I have heard they ruin the suspension and the driving dynamics.

Great car, love the interior and wished they still did something with the cognac color in terms of highlights etc. I am going with black because love that M highlight on the seats.

I did notice you went with an …8 speed … auto.
