Better fitment & brakes

I love the stock 930M wheels up until it's time to wash them. I spent a few hours last washing cleaning them in great detail then applying ceramic coating, but still the breakdust is unbearable (as are the squeel of my brakes). After washing the car again yesterday, I'm contemplating two upgrades.

First - brake pads. Do I really need to spend $1k on PSI pads to keep my performance while ridding them of the dust?

Second - the wheels. I wouldn't mind selling these for wheels that are easier to clean, moving to a forged wheel, preferably something I can rotate, especially if the cost was bearable.

With 20's all around, it seems like the builders are still going with a staggered setup (9" width up front and a 10" in back or so). I guess a car of this caliber is designed for a staggered setup and I should just expect to buy more tires?

I was thinking of the AST lowering springs (because they aren't yellow and retain the stock electronic adjustability).

Also, MSRP on the stock wheels is $ 3,558.00 with $39 shipping. I wonder what they are worth with 1600 miles on them?

No I wouldn't spend 1k on psi pads. There's less expensive and proven options. I sold my OEM wheels for 1400.

Less expensive options? So far I've only seen EBC and PSI on the M-2... I guess I should be looking at the M-3/M-4 options people like? What options is everyone aware of?

Other options discussed here, including Isweep which are also much less expensive than PSI. G80/82 pads will fit G87, don't worry about finding G87 specific pads. One of the benefits of a global platform.

It's the concept that Porsche uses for it's Surface Coated Brake technology. By coating the rotor with tungsten carbide, dust is reduced 90%, allowing them to pair it with a white caliper that stays clean. I am running EBC Red-stuff and it's been great in terms of reducing brake dust and noise. Dont get me wrong, the dust is still there, but much less of it and a lighter color (OEM dust was brownish, EBC is greyish)
