The funny part is that I’ve been lying to myself this entire time. I’ve probably taken the car closer to 5000 RPM when I thought the recommended limit was 4000. Lol.

The RPMs go up fast… I’ve hit the limiter a couple of times. I think it’s healty every now and then, to explore the range. As long as WOT is avoided and you’re not really in high RPM all the time… I’m not really babying it. Just being gentle. 4000 would be excessively zealous. Glad you can open it up more now with less weight on your shoulders

Has there been an official weigh in? You’re definitely right…but there’s just something about BG with black that looks so right. In person it’s even more apparent. |

And I don’t think anybody has ever officially weighed and compared them. Please do! You’ll be first! Thanks for doing that. Quote:
I also think it’s better for the engine than going just 4000 and not breathing as much lol |

Finally gave her a bath after the 2k mile road trip. My word was she DIRTY. Here's an in progress photo trying to show the fender just washed while the door still needs washed.

https://www.hrsprings.com/applicatio...s/4/2411/2023/ Check the part number on the G80 speings from H&R and the picture on redline360 (H&R is not listing anything on their website for the G87 and as of about 10 days ago, was still in R&D with no timeframe on release). Not saying they couldn't have released the part but I would want definite confirmation. I would confirm the H&R part number with Redline you are getting. |

Yes, they may fit but not made for the G87 is another story. They were aware of the issues with shock blowout on the G80 which is why they were still in R&D. Just wanted you to be aware... |

Correct! I’ve read all that stuff, but I’ll keep everyone posted with my experience! I’m pretty confident to be honest.
