The brake squeal and the dust is a downer

I am pretty regular with washing the car once a week. However, not even 2 days go by and the amount of dust that accumulates is a nightmare and the squeal!!! Whats funny when I first start driving the car there is no squeal. Just after a few miles though and it sounds like I am driving a Metro bus. The car only has 550 miles on her even though I only had the car a month and I want to switch them out. Should I wait until after the 1200 mile break in service? I know a lot of people say that the OEM pads have a good bite, but to be honest I don't feel that way especially coming out of my 2020 Mustang GT with the Performance Package and its huge Brembos. I am concerned that an aftermarket pad would be considerably worse.

Check out the iSweep thread here:

General consensus seems to be that they significantly reduce dust and noise, and if you want more bite you can go with the 2000 model. I'm going to swap to these at some point, the squealing is just too much for me. I have nearly 8,000 km on my car and it's been an issue from the beginning, comes and goes.

ISweep 1500 is what you need. Although I wish Powerstop made the Z23 for the M2 - great low dust pad at a great price.

EBC Redstuff is an excellent option. Read the reviews here:
