I got a free bottle of water and a pen. Oh, and the window sticker.

I was denied a military discount but received swag $$$ instead. Would have preferred the actual discount.

Thank you for your service.

Totally agree with this post. I took a really good lease deal into my (UK) dealership and said if they matched it on a PCP agreement I’d sign and put a deposit down, which they did.

This worked out at about an 8% discount. However the day before collection (last Friday) the paper work comes through and it’s a rental contact which doesn’t give me the opportunity to buy the car, or benefit from any equity down the line.

Needless to say I was somewhat annoyed by this and told the salesperson and the manager in no uncertain terms to make it right. After about an hour bullshitting and lying the manager eventually does the right thing and makes it right. Meaning I got the deal I originally negotiated which was nearly 14% discount! I collected the car yesterday and couldn’t be happier!

Also if you are trading in a car, be careful of muggy low ball offers. My dealership offered to just cover my outstanding finances which was unacceptable to me, I sold my 135i on Carwow for £3.5k more!

The military discount is only $500 now...better than nothing.

Miller lite 15 packs cost $18.99 in 302. That’s 27.77 miller lite 15 packs. I’d take it

I bought my 2024 in January of this year. They were VERY motivated to move the car as it was a customer order car that the guy backed out of. I got a really good deal well below MSRP and they gave us what we wanted on trade. Overall VERY pleased with the deal but then again we've bought several BMWs from them.

In a “sweeten” thread, actual numbers are expected.

Nah "I got a really good deal..." is all that's needed. Weird how people never disclose their "really good deals" right.

We live in Plano, and I would never use BMW of Plano. They have a long history of poor service performance (such as not replacing an oil filter in an "oil change" service) and overpriced parts (such as charging 50% more for a BMW windshield as compared to another BMW dealer). I recently tried Hendricks BMW in McKinney because my service advisor from BMW of Dallas moved there. I really liked their service. I would try them.

Was that the OTD price to match MSRP with taxes or not including the taxes there. Trying to negotiate for my 2025 M2 order and talking to multiple dealers.

Yes the shop foreman flat out told me they mark up all their parts and service charges because they can. They wanted 200% markup on a new TPMS, and 150% markup on the tire they destroyed. When I told him very politely I'd take my business elsewhere, he said then to the tech "hold on, what work did you do that we can charge this guy for before he leaves". Then said to me "you're lucky I'm going to let you walk out of here and not have to pay for anything". F-that guy.

I now use BMW of Dallas & have had good experiences with Colin in the service department. I've never been a fan of Hendricks dealerships. Have known people that have worked for them. Also tried BMW of South Austin (Hendricks) for my alignment under warranty and they refused to do it. I'll stick with Dallas unless something goes bad.

South Austin has fallen off a bit over the past few years. I tried to contact them for a week before placing my order with the north dealer.

i have bought 4 cars from BMW of Dallas and really appreciate my sales person. He is great. I would buy another car from him.

the service department has fallen off a bit over the last couple of years. They dinged the door on my wife's x5 and they scuffed the interior of her car when we took it in for my routine maintenance. the tech at bmw of mckinney is really pretty cool. when you put into the drive up, their machine automatically reads your tire wear and alignment. you can see the results on a big screen in the drive up.
