I installed the Milltek Single midpipe yesterday, with resonator and the fitment was not flawless. The angle of the exist pipes from the resonator was a little bit different to that of the OEM backbox, so we had to put a jack between the pipes of the backbox so we can slide it into the adapter.
After that the brace provided by Milltek (which is a joke compared to the OEM oen) was hitting the resonator so we had to pus backwards about 2cm the resonator with pushed back the backbox and the exhaust tips are more protruding than stock. I have to jiggle with it a little bit more, maybe cut at another point.

Now the sound. With valves closed, it's as silent as stock, nothing different. With valves open, it sounds a lot louder but not raspy at all..it sounds very natural. Definitely it's more quiet than the non resonated normal midpipe from Milltek that a frind has, but that was what I wanted.

Did you ever get the dyno numbers for the midpipe ? I’m looking into this unit for my stock car. Wondering if is too wide for stock car.

I put dragy on my car and measure 100-200 km\h and got 8.8 five time in a row. Before the midpipe the car was not that consistent, was doing 8.8, 8.9, 9.0.
So I don't think you gain anything in terms of power but it seams more consistent. My car is a EU car, so I removed the secondary cats, the OPFs and the resonator and replaced with the single midpipe and milltek resonator.

these numbers are well within the margin of error, so i would not use them as proof for much, but im glad you feel the car is more consistent and you are happy with this upgrade.

Can you post some sound clips with this setup pls? From the auto id video this is probably the setup I’ll go with. The single midpipe to x pipe sounds really clean in their video, but they also had the milltek axleback installed if I’m not mistaken. I’d like to hear this combo with the stock axle back.

I just had the big single mid pipe installed, I already had the the regular miltek cat back non resonated.

The sound is definitely deeper and more controlled. I found the standard aystem sounded budget. The car seems to gargle a bit more possibly down to the removal of the 2 90 degree bends? The lower bracket hits on speed bumps if not careful and for some reason despite not adding a resonator it’s definitely quieter in the cabin. I thought my valve was broken at first but it’s definitely working at idle at least might need to get it checked out.
