FYI we all get an error message when we log onto the website, but if we click the my vehicle tab it then shows up, if nothing is there click the status tab and try entering your production number or vin# if you have it, hope that works!

My car (MY25 240i) has been at Brunswick port since 9/12 with zero movement!!!
I was on Glovis Champion.
I was calling genius couple times a week, they couldn't tell me anything helpful except it's at VPC.
I even emailed Performance Center since I'm doing PCD, they couldn't tell me anything.
Finally I was fed up and had my sales manager reached out to Performance Center and they told him that they put the car on hold due to EPA (since it's 25). I mean, they couldn't tell me this? Is this confidential information? Still made no sense since I'm seeing other people taking delivery already.
The hold was removed on 10/1. I called BMW Genius on 10/3 and was told car is schedule to get to Performance Center yesterday (I'm not seeing anything new on tracker), with the hurricane recovery going on there, I'm not sure how long it will take.... but I guess at least there's new movement on the car now.... hopefully.

I have a GTM M2 with a carbon fiber roof on order. BMW says week 46 which is the first week in December to start production.

Manual trans. No indivudal. Zandvoort blue.

2-4 months......all depends on shipping. I have been ready since 9/10 and it is still 2 weeks away.

Depends on dealer allocation.

My dealer has only gotten two allocations and the second was for their display car. They have a long line waiting and I'm the next in line, but nothing right now.

One thing to note is just because you put a deposit in now, doesn't necessarily mean your order goes in immediately. You may still have to wait for the build slot to open up

For reference, I put down my deposit a couple weeks ago and still haven't gotten my slot yet

Hopefully your finish line is quicker.... I landed at Brunswick since 9/12 (doing PCD), finally showing in transit to dealer today! No port install options.

Apparently 165 means on the way to or already at the port but the step is called "ready for transport". Confusing but I've come to trust the status code most.

Hey Ruffstik....I just noticed the Glovis Challenge just left Brunswick but on route to Jacksonville. Expected to arrive on 10/12.......anything change on your app......I will be calling the genius tomorrow.

Very confused too. Will call genius tomorrow. I was told I was on this ship so now I wonder if I was unloaded in Brunswick because Baltimore is backed up or maybe we were unloaded in Altamira to be put on different ship or transported by other method.

This ship wouldn’t still go to Baltimore after backtracking to Jacksonville would it?

I called right after my first post- 7:45pm east coast......the Genius said I am still scheduled to arrive on Glovis Challenge on 10/9 at the port of Baltimore.

I am tracking the ship and it says they are headed to Jacksonville but they have not made a turn north or south so far.

Who know what is up. All I know is it was Ready for Transport on 9/10........almost a month of waiting.

Yeah it blew past jacksonville and is almost in miami. wtf is going on.
