Easily add sequential mirror blinkers - quick DIY

Updating and upgrading your mirrors on your G8X (M2, M3 or M4) is really easy!

The smoked sequential blinkers from Kies Motorsports are excellent and adds flair to your car.

I personally think this looks really cool. I'd be afraid to break something during the install, however.

I’ve taken my mirror caps off like 5 times in a day to trouble shoot an issue with no problems

See my thread here for more information

Also this IG IND M5 mirror removal video is basically the same as the M2 mirror removal was for me but just the taking off the mirror part, removing the G87 mirror cap piece is even easier since it’s just a couple plastic clips. The only screws attached to G87 mirror cap are two torx T10s holding the lighting element to the cap.

Thanks ajchoi. The funny part now is I'm trying to decide whether to make this upgrade or not because it's one of those things you never actually get to see yourself. Ha! It's not like the carbon mirror caps which you can admire each time you glance at the car. 😁

I am in the same boat. I honestly may get them because they remind me of the turn signals in the tail lights of all my recent Audi’s lol

Yeah, it looks really cool on the Audis which is why I kind of want to do the same thing for the M2. And the price is very reasonable.
