It appears it’s about to dock at the port. No longer “anchored” status. It’s now listed as “underway” again after 28 hours anchored in the queue to dock.

Now the question is, how long will our cars sit at the port before getting on a truck to the dealerships. I’m hoping they get on a truck quickly, as im aiming to pick it up in time to drive it on a work road trip to get the break in miles down quickly. But only have about 6-7 days for that to work 🤞

For those of you that haven't received your cars yet, is there any info on tariffs? Not to get political, but this article has me a bit worried. I'm wondering if the tariff goes into place where in the production cycle it would be applied? If cars are already in production is it safe? Once cars are cleared for through US customs? Might be good to know for those of us that still have a wait before receiving our cars. Mine isn't set to begin production until week 3 2025.

If it increases the selling price by too much, I'll simply order another G82 or another car altogether. I'm hoping the tariffs either won't come soon enough, or that dealers will be open to discounts since this will likely affect demand for the G87 in particular, which gives consumers a bit of leverage.

On another note, this is probably going to help with depreciation for those that already have a G87 in their garage!

Interesting development: I went from step 14 “in transit“ back to “at the port”, step 13.

I was never at step 13 before. But I assume the car is now offloaded from the ship at Port Hueneme

Mine changed the same way today. Called the Genius line and got an automated response indicating that mine is now at the processing facility at the port. Seems like an odd notation on the app to just indicate it’s at Port Hueneme.

Genius told me that it goes back to “at port” when it’s at the destination port. Then it goes into transit again when it leaves the port. I spoke to my ca and I’m expecting to pick up next Friday/saturday. Can’t wait.

Same thing happened to me. We’re on the same ship. When looking at the tracker I see it’s docked but the map doesn’t show a road where the boat is docked like it does other boats near it. Wasn’t sure if it’s sitting waiting in a queue to unload still or if the car is off the boat already. Any guesses on how long from now until they arrive at the dealer? I’ve got a mini road trip for work comping up next week (wednesday) and am trying to determine if I can pick up my car in time to do it in the new M2 or not.

I was given an ETA that mine will depart the CA processing center Saturday the 9th. They said the trucking carriers sometimes make stops along the way, but that it’s pretty direct even with stops. Generally, a couple days on the truck at most.

It could be sooner that that even. My CA texted me this morning and told me that my car was on the truck and on route to the dealership. I’d think you’d be in a similar situation.

Basically my car is identical to the 2025 press car. Grigio Telesto, silver wheels, alcantara steering wheel, black and red interior, manual gearbox etc. I will make sure to share some pics when I pick it up next week. I hope it comes before I leave town next Wednesday otherwise I’ll have to pick it up the following week.
