Yeah, not sure. I know you can use the original up front but not sure why you can’t use the original in the back. Maybe the length of the screw?

You can use the originals if you want but I would recommend ours.

Ordered my skid plate on the 28th and it arrives today. Wasn't expecting it that quickly especially because of the holiday.

Now I get to admire my first part while I wait for my car to be built!

its going to be a close one, they are scheduled to ship around that time, im not sure if you will receive it before the end of the month

Mike - I have an install scheduled on 2/6, you think they'll get to me by then if I pre-order now? I'd like to add one of these plates as part of this round of mods. My last order from you took about 3 days to arrive.

And another question: if I order some other stuff that are in stock (e.g. exhaust system), I'm guessing you will ship what's in stock now and ship the rest later separately?

We had some delays in customs. Our ship date is 7-12 days away.

Drop ship items ship in 1-5 business days

out of stock items ship once they are back

We will ship the items separately as they are available unless you ask us to hold and ship the order together.

I messaged them (MAD) and they think it will work fine. I also asked about the additional hardware that Lighweight Performance says is required if the car had a Mishimoto oil cooler protector/skid plate since MAD’s looks similar and MAD said that theirs is not the same design so they feel that the regular hardware for the lip should be fine.

Correct we use oem screws in the front section and larger bolts in the middle of the plate. Mishi uses larger bolts in front front section.


They don't show why the hardware is needed or what hardware the extra kit includes so it's just an educated guess at this point.
