VanDans 2025 Alpine White LCI M2 Build

Just thought I would get a head start on a build thread since I have almost all the parts now but car isn't due to arrive for another 3-4 weeks.

This will be my first BMW. My last two previous car was a 2016 GT4 then a 2016 Golf R.

The M2 just ticked all the right boxes for me:
Front Engine/Rear Drive with Manual Transmission
Powerful Turbo Inline 6 with huge aftermarket support.

This car is not a daily for me, just a weekend fun car. I may do the occasional track day but it is mostly a weekend mountain drive car.

My spec:

Exterior Mods:

I plan on getting PPF for full front, carbon roof, mirrors, rockers and rear fenders.

Ceramic coating car & wheels.

I am planning to go 55% tint all around. I can't go darker because there are strict tint laws here in BC, Canada.

Maxton Design Street Pro Splitter V1.

Turner Motorsports high kick rear spoiler which I had painted in matching Alpine White.

Stradale Designs Front Radiator Protection.

IND Cosmetic Kit for front & rear reflectors.

Eibach Pro Lowering Springs.

Isweep 1500 Front & Rear pads

Front Fender Liner Kit

MAD Skid Plate

Interior Mods:

Full set of CocoMats

IPPS PPF Kit for all carbon surfaces including the Carbon Buckets.

Screen Protector film for dash.

For wheels I was back & forth about what I wanted...I thought for sure it was going to be the BMW M1000M wheels in black but I wasn't too keen on a 21" rear wheel.

In the end I ended up spending more than I've even spent on a set of wheels but after seeing them in person I knew I had made the right decision.

BBS LM-R Diamond Silver
20 x 10 ET 12
20 x 11 ET 14

Also a Titanium Stud Conversion Kit

5mm & 3mm Spacers for flush fitment.

For rubber I went with the Yokohama Advan Neova AD09
285/30/20
305/30/20

Got my new 305/30/20 rears to go with the LM-Rs. Hopefully the 285/30/20 fronts will be here by the end of the week.

Then hopefully the car is only 7-10 days away from being delivered.

Stud kit looks really good. I’d love a set for myself but scared they’ll shear off.

I plan on just changing the mid-pipe on the car for a little extra growl in the winter. I wanted a more aggressive tail pipe so I went with the Burkhart Engineering 4.5" in brushed stainless steel. I went with the brushed stainless as my wheels will be silver so it'll be matchy matchy.

Tips are high quality and look amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking to change...just the tip..
