Let's see how it feels to finally see it in person! haha...thanks!! I'm sure some on the forums are like: be done with the whining already! But the info and interactions here definitely kept me sane through the process! |

Picked up the car today!
Took a few quick obligatory photos just so I can post and confirm here that I picked it up...because without pics, it definitely didn't happen. A couple of quick things I'll mention briefly for now: - Today was an adventure because I planned on trading my current vehicle in. That didn't happen. I'll explain in the near future in this thread. - Finance guy didn't seem very happy because I turned down all the "extras". - Had 17 miles on it before I test drove it a few miles myself - Got the Michelin tires - Did NOT receive the rear brake caliper clips - Steering wheel seems SLIGHTLY left side down; I'll bring it up leading up to the break-in service - DID receive the can-openers (MP HAS kit tool ) - Lots of features to learn/get used to; especially CarPlay (I know, I'm late to this party, but my prior cars didn't have this) - I would describe the ride as firm, but not rattling...wife described it similar to my other car, but more rigid/tight because it's newer. That's what she said...literally. Thanks for sticking with me through the journey until now. I'll likely continue just using this thread for my own updates with the car, so I don't start redundant threads for no reason. |

I have a "type" as someone else had mentioned before as well. I think the white with black bits is my favorite combo...I do like other colors, but my opinion of them may fluctuate a bit...but I'll ALWAYS like the white. Not that this is helpful to you at all! But thanks for sure...I'm glad to have finally joined the club! |

The rear diffuser was $1,310 installed at the port. Could I have found it for less somewhere? Sure. But it was convenient and was on the car at delivery, and was part of the sticker. I would have thought about the trunk spoiler as well, but I'm leaning similar to you: finding something aftermarket that covers the width of the trunk. Now, I have to decide on those other things, like the trunk spoiler, front lip, etc. Decisions, decisions... haha |
