Brunswick 15day outlook has pushed Grand Champion back another day so far... 12/14 in brusnwick... i dont think it will make it to baltimore on the 16th now.

I heard from my CA today. Good news is that I have a delivery date at the Performance Center, bad news is that it is 1/5, literally one month from now. I’m excited but it’s going to be a long month.

On the bright side this does relieve some stress about trying to coordinate this around the holidays but I will need everyone here with a car in transit to post delivery day pics to help me get through the next month.

Just called YET again and they cant tell me anything.. they are confused as to why the boat is going back to mexico but its out of their control..

Was originally expecting a early/mid-Jan delivery but my CA called today and said I'm headed to port now! He mentioned that I should now expect a late-Dec delivery as BMW wants to get as many orders in before their 12/31 fiscal year end.

That could be a reason why Grand Champion is headed back to Mexico to pickup more cars - perhaps the change lets them squeeze in an extra load of cars right before EOY.

A little bummed about our ship being delayed, but happy for anyone else that gets their car earlier!

In the grand scheme of things this adds about a week of time to those of us who got on the ship the first time, I am happy to wait this extra week if it allows some fellow enthusiasts a shot at getting their cars this year. Welcome Aboard!!

Grand Champion should be back in Altamira, MX by around 12pm EST. Then to wait and see how long she sits back at port.

Having done PCD twice now, I can assure you that it’s worth every second of the wait. You’ll never forget it.

Latest update from my CA as of 10:00 AM this morning for a Long Island NY delivery to the dealer is December 21st. As long as I get my car in December I will be VERY HAPPY! Quick Recap, Went RFT on Oct 27 and found out I was on the Grand Champion on Nov 28. Just want to see that ship get into and out of Altamira ASAP!!!

It looks like its going right into port and not going to sit at anchor from what i can see. which is good, so she can load up more and not have to wait around.

I would suspect if we get pulled back into port and start loading today she should cast back off in 12/36 hours to head back towards the coast.

Now will be interesting to see where the next stop is. Will it go straight up to east coast or have another stop before Brunswick?

Weird because I don't think you can do roll on / roll off unless you are actually docked. But what do I know.

yep shes waiting for Tugs to pull her in, there are 4 ships now at the Atlamira Anchor. 2 other ro-ro cargos down there with her and a Container ship. I would think these are all next to be pulled into port. It looks like we may be sitting at anchor for a bit

you might be in luck. There are several ships down there. went RFT 11/6 transport 11/28

Arc integrity is also at altimara. So maybe that’s also taking some cars. Hope we all get on the ship this time for those of us that just missed the grand champion last time

Also Glovis Sunrise is headed to Brunswick scheduled to be there on the 10th, if anyone was lucky enough to get on that ship it looks like you will be on your way soon! Then for those on the Grand Champion and those who may load up hopefully we can get moored and loaded for the 2nd time so we may actually start moving towards unloading for the first time at some point! PLEASE go to Brunswick next, I BEG YOU!!!

Simply put, No

The people getting on to ships this week will be cutting it close in my opinion.

it took 22 days for me to go from RFT to be put on a ship and still didnt know i was on a ship for 2 days after it was loaded

grand champion still at anchor, theres a few others down there too so lets hope this port starts busting ass and getting ships in and loaded. sucks that the ship with some of our cars got sent back to MX...

i would hope our next stop after port would be brunswick
