Since 2 years I'm struggling with the decision if I should by the G87 and with the current discounts in Germany I'm quite close to order one. I was the first customer who got his M140i (Manual) and I'm planning to use then my M140i as daily.

I'm just wondering if someone already saw the new Dark Graphite Matte trim - I'm not a fan of the look of carbon fibre structure BMW uses.

Does someone see the Dark Graphite in real life or has pictures?

Also I couldn't find a G87 to seat in with the standard seats - I would like to go for the Alcantara standards and not M Sport Leather if they have the same comfort/fitting.

The other specs are quite different to the one's here - Sunroof, Manual, Black or Skyscaper Grey.

This video shows the new matte trim.It looks quite bland IMO but if you want something neutral then i guess it works in the interior.I prefer the carbon fiber trim.It makes the interior more sporty looking.

Thanks for the hint and link - just saw the video yesterday and must say that it is for me an option. So far I saw in person 4er MY25 with both Aluminium interior trims.. Of course you cannot see the surface of the matte trim - in person it could be different.

Even I like the MY25 dashboard/steering wheel way more than the previous ones, the silver paint/finish of the wheel looks quite cheap. I'm not a super fan of this structured/4K carbon finish and also the high upcharge makes it difficult.

I agree with you about the silver wheels.I’m not a fan.The all black wheels look best on the G87 IMO.The 2025 3 series also has that matte trim as the standard trim.So you should probably try to track one down to see it in person before you put your order in.

Same thought, the configurator really sucks. I wish it was more like the renderings they send you when your build goes into production, the reflections alone add so much depth to the paint.
