No need to be nervous. Watch some Cars and Coffee videos on YouTube, take notes on how the Mustang owners drive, and then do the exact opposite and you'll be just fine.

But seriously, I strongly recommend signing up for the HPDEs with BMWCCA next year. The National Capital Chapter has an EXCELLENT program with great instructors. You'll learn what your car is capable of and how to drive it at speed in a safe and controlled environment, and you'll learn car control on the skid pad. They do three events a year, one on each course at Summit Point. I can't recommend these events enough.

Did you text your CA? You may need to make plans to pick it up by Friday lol. Mine moved to in transit too and was told it’ll be delivered and ready tmrw. Wait until Dec. 1 to pick it up if you use BMW Financial as December incentives are usually the best. BMW’s fiscal year ends in December so they push to sell as many and as much as possible!

Will text her this afternoon something tells me they wanted till Saturday to give them wiggle room on the PDI. Just gotta plan multiple hours at the dealer as the 1% rate add on by the dealer is something i do not want to pay lol

Mine wanted same day turnaround so you never know! And agreed that’s why I’m stressing about it lol. Juggling a trade and not paying 5.99% (especially with a near 800 credit score) hints a few hours wasted at the dealer lol. What rate did they quote you? I don’t think there was a difference b/w 36-60 months but I was hoping to do near 36 or 48 with rates as high as they are and then refinance when they drop

At this point I kinda feel like the Brunswick 15-day outlook is not accurate. The Grand Champion is supposed to be arriving to Brunswick on the 3rd, and even if it leaves right this second it still would probably not make it in time to dock on the 3rd.

I just checked and I haven’t seen any movement, no tugs around, nothing. The port is dead. Lol

Seems like they are bringing Viking Odessa out. Not the Grand Champion.

At this point, like we had last 3 weeks, the only thing we can do is wait. At least we know where it is now lol.

ok thats fair but the viking Odessa was there a day after the grand champion. Now i am going to HOPE to see it move after the Odessa is out of there I keep checking to see if the destination port changes lol

my car is listed on my dealer webpage now which is cool to see progress like that.

I'm worried that mine IS on the New Inventory website and you can click on it, inquire about it, etc. It doesn't say anywhere that is it a customer order so looks like it is available for sale. With my luck it will be sold to someone else. I'm pretty sure that is not the case as I left a deposit, but a little unorganized as is a lot of this process.

The car is mark as sold in the system. They have to list incoming inventory. dont worry they will not sell out from under you.

I wouldn't worry because it could not be updated in dealer system yet. especially if you were just loaded on the ship. mine just listed yesterday and i was picked up on 26th. in veracruze
