Order from them directly, shipping was free, and they arrived in 3-5 days to TX.

+1 my PPF was not an issue when I installed my own. Mine installed with not using the brake duct screens. Oil screen installed as well.

They snapped right in for me.
+1 same for me - exact procedure. Could not be easier parts to install.

Direct order from their website. Shipping for me was like 2 days. Amazingly fast shipping and I’m in Ohio. Shipping was free.
Well worth it.

i was just wondering if there would ever be a need to remove them, and if that were possible.

my other concern is whether the screens would scratch the trim areas the are in contact with, post installation.

Taking them off is pretty easy, and if you're careful you won't scratch anything.

Tbh - I haven't driven the car anywhere where I would use the ACC. I'm also not a fan of it anyway so don't use it. I've got a 3.5 hour drive next Monday (15th), so I can test it out & report back.

They don’t really touch the plastic once in place but pushing them in could scratch it. Once they’re in place it doesn’t look like and issue. They are sturdy and won’t move once locked in.
Getting them off wouldn’t be impossible, just may damage them trying to remove them because bending the arms back may weaken or snap them.

Why can't BMW design a similar grill from the M8 for M2 with ACC?

Piece of cake. Pre-bend the clips out a little bit and they snap into place. 20 seconds.

My concern on the ZunSport front screens is getting them *off* if I need to. Those guys snapped in there pretty aggressively, and it doesn't seem like a simple job to get them back off.

But, better than having them fall off (or a broken cooler), so no complaints...
