Made a Quick Exhaust Driving Video in Sport Mode
Wanted to play with the GoPro integration which works pretty well by the way. I was able to start/stop the video right through iDrive. Granted the preview is only available when the car is parked. This was mainly done in 1st and 2nd gear in sport mode in a 6MT with a few small auto-rev-matches to 1st gear. |

Sounds pretty good for stock bmw exhaust.
I am planning to remove secondary cats when my car arrive. It should increase exhaust volume by few db at least. |

Need a video of getting on it hard on an on-ramp once break-in is complete. |

Yes, it'd also be good to have a track day vid to hear the whole range. |

thanks for posting!... before everyone freaks out too hard, goPro cameras are horrible for capturing audio due to their casing...you get a very tinny hollow effect.
cool to watch regardless!

Speaking of auto-rev matching with 6MT: bdoooh - what happens when you are in comfort or sport mode with auto-rev matching and say you are approaching a red light. You drop the car into neutral to coast to the light, still doing about 30 mph and the light changes to green and you stick it in 2nd gear - does the car still rev match? I am trying to think of a scenario where the car needs to rev match from idle to a higher rpm. Just wondering... |
