German pre-launch event

I was invited to the German pre-launch at my dealership tonight. Didn't get to test drive but I did get to sit in the M4. As most of the other reviews have said, the interior is such an improvement over the e9x. The seats hug you so perfectly (I'm 5'9", about 180 lbs). Some of the pictures I've attached show some things I haven't seen yet in other posts. The cup holder and the small compartment on the left side of the steering wheel were some of the things I haven't seen, as well as the back seat of the M4. The back seat has this little holder stuck right in the middle of the seats -- I did not care for that at all -- good thing I ordered an M3. Other than that these cars were amazing. Didn't get to sit in or open up the M3 cause some zealot bought the damn thing before the rest of us could get in it!

One other thing that pictures don't really show is the difference in size of the rear wheel arches between the 3 and the 4. Looking at it in person, you can very easily tell the M3 rear fenders are much wider than the M4.

Nevertheless, these cars are awesome. Can't wait to pick mine up next week!!

I've also attached some pictures of the 4GC they had on display. I would have more to say about it but it's beauty was dwarfed by the M3 and M4.

Very nice, thanks for the photos! My order, SO/blk M3, great body styling. Did you have a chance to see the blk 19" anywhere?

Btw, first photo I've seen making the stock 18" look so good, if they came in 19" I'd be all over them.

No black rims, sorry. I was really hoping to see them but the didn't have any.

Looks a lot more red than orange. I had written off SO but I may have to reconsider. I need to see the color in person.
