M3 Extended Warranty

I'm trying to get pricing information for the BMW extended warranty. I know there are other plans out there but I'm going to go through BMW. For those who have purchased, please let me know the price you paid for your plan and the contact person. PM if it's against the rules of the forum to post actual prices.

Bought a 7yr/70k Gold EVP for my 2012 e92 yesterday. Researched weeks, and contacted Finance Managers of at least 20 big dealerships across the US. John had the best up-front hassle-free pricing. Give him a call. I ended up paying maybe a thousand more than I would have for a similar coverage from a third party insurance.

There is no reason not to post pricing, none of us are vendors advertising our wares.

Platinum 7/70 is about $6k although I've negotiated it down to $5.3K before deciding even that is too much.

How much is the 7/70 gold from Schaeffer?

Are you not willing to consider third-party coverage? There are some very good plans out there... If you are eligible for USAA, I paid $3,100 for an additional three years or 75,000 total miles. Covers all electronics including iDrive and had no deductible.

Unfortunately I don't qualify for USAA coverage. Never served in the military.
