my Mineral White M4 has arrived - Updated pictures

I just got a picutre from my friend working at my dealer that my M4 has been delivered. Now I'm waiting for my dealer to call me and confirm the date I can go and pick up my car.

A bit shocked how small the 18" look - but I ordered 18s because I will drive straight to the "wheel-dealer" and put some 20s on the car. The 18s I will use for the winter (I'm from switzerland so I Need 6 months winter tires) and maybe for a few trackdays.

I will post some HQ Pictures as soon as I have picked up the car.

Yeah, finally i have to admit i really like the MW. I had an AW 335i and then a silverstone M3. I was switching between MG and MW while ordering. My parents bought a new X5 550i a few weeks ago in MW and then I was sure about the color.

Anyone know if F8X has same 72.6mm bore like most other BMWs?

If so, make sure you get hubcentric rings for your aftermarket wheels if they have a larger bore.

I totally agree with you. I like the design of the 18th - if they would be available a bit bigger I wouldn't have to go aftermarket.
Oh man I'm telling you - I got the picture early in the morning and really thought that it might be ready today afternoon to pick up. Now I have to wait for another 48 hours and I don't know what is taking them so long...

The 18" on white look pretty good! I'm surprised to say that. The design and the size.

I sort of like more side wall; with a little less wheel gap, makes the car look more race car

Agree the 18s do look small, but they are definitely the nicer of the two rims IMO. If they came in 19s, it wouldn't be a contest for me at least. Beautiful car!

I've picked up the car yesterday and this thing is just freaking awesome. And honestly all the People complaining about the sound - BULLSH**. In my opinion complete nonsense. I love how the car sounds with low RPM - didn't go above 3'000 rpm so far as I only have about 100 miles now. As far as I can say driving below 3'000 I like the stock sound much more then I did on my stock E92.

I will post some HQ pics on the weekend - hoping to get the wheels next week
