It is in Germany. I have to wait for the import documents and some other stuff from my dealer. I am burning otherwise. I would like to pick it up right now.

Are taxes higher in Austria than in Germany? I don't really see the benefit or ordering one abroad other than that?
Is the car originally from a Dutch or Belgian dealer, signs are in Dutch?

jes sir, it's me. i sold the car on my birthday exactly 1 day after offering it for sale to the first customer. After the Z4 i bought an R8.

This is a very long story. Actually i will register the car in Romania (i live here partially and partially in Austria) where i ordered exactly this combo on may 5. since the dealer was not able to tell me a production date after 8 weeks, i was fighting to cancel the contract. Eventually, only my lawyer managed to force them to cancel the contract as they were not willing to do so even it was my right, as they, as i mentioned before, couldn't even tell me the production week. Not to mention a delivery date which probably would have been in september or october. That means 5 months after ordering it although they promised delivery in 3 month latest.

According to them the reason for that was a shortage in black merino leather which was a must for me. Also CF trims were not available and i had to choose another finish that was not an option for me.

After a long fight with them i decided to cancel the contract and not to buy any M4 because of the bad customer service they offered. The dealer was extremely incompetent and rude. Never answered the phone or called back and was not able to provide any information.

Suddenly, while i was searching for M4s in Germany i came across this beautiful MW M4 which is actually identical to my first oder. I bought it right away before it arrived at the dealer.

What do you think about this interior? Too much CF?

Never too much CF on the interior, Ive already ordered my CF M performance gear trim even though my car is not even here yet, also the E-brake trim looks amazing.

Yes its the same DCT trim as the M5 and M6.
