Shipping Service, Looking for a recommendation
I'm in the process of completing the sale of my M3 coupe. It's been a great car for me but I am considering ED for a M3 or M4 next spring/summer. While I live in NH the buyer is located in MI. Therefore I am looking for a recommendation for a reputable shipping service. Thank you in advance.

I bought a car a couple of years ago from CA and had it shipped. I think it was Reliable as well, but I may be mistaken. I had no issues and got daily updates from them, which was really nice. I bought it from a company in Monterey called Mohr Imports. If you wanted to double check call them up and ask them who they use. They charged $1200 for a 2200 mile trip in a covered truck and I paid them directly so I know this was the actual fee. When the car was backed out of the trailer there was some serious cars in there worth $200k+ each.

I used intercity lines about 7 years ago to ship a car from the west coast to east coast. Pricey but they were professional in every respect. Shipping the car back to the west coast, I made the mistake of using a cheaper company and wound up paying for that in the end when the audio system was ripped off.

I just shipped mine from MD to OR. $1,495 door to door. I used National Car Transport. Two guys drove the rig--they left from MD at 10pm Friday night and were in Portland by 3pm the following Tuesday. I was very pleased with the service.
I should note that they originally quoted $1,295. The car wasn't picked up for a few weeks. After I called a few tines to nudge them along, the sales rep to me that the drivers were picking ou the higher quoted cars instead of mine. About 18 hrs after I authorized the greater amount, they called to tell me the car would be picked up same day. |

Intercity Lines - enclosed transport, big supporter of some other BMW forums, some high-end dealerships use them to ship cars around the country.
I used them this past June to ship the m3 out to CO from MD. Painless.

Have used InterCity four times. Slightly pricey but no issues at all and worth the cost. Great friendly service. On time, informative and complete. AND enclosed transport for those long trips. Highly recommended.

Used Reliable Carriers to ship my E90 M3 which ended up being the cheapest car in the trailer... Driver was very courteous and responsive, delivery was made on time.

This. Intercity Lines or Waggoners Trucking (co. BMW uses to ship new inventory to dealers).

I'm currently purchasing a car and need it shipped cross country. Another option I'll mention is uship.com. It's a broker service where you put a job in and shipping companies bid on the job. Intercity was about $500 more than what was quoted and the reviews are very good on the top companies that tend to get most of the jobs which is Montway typically.
