Multi-Contour Seats lose tilt adjustment?

I was able to test out the MC seats and was not able to tilt the front of seat. Was I doing something wrong? CA was a nice guy but of little help on this.

If the seat was all the way down, will not tilt much further down.

IIRC, the standard seat has ability to raise/lower front of the bottom portion. With MC I was not able to do this.

Must have been broken, they go up and down and have movement to tilt as well.
