The sheer effort put into this project from concept to application is very impressive!
Rear bumper shaped in conjunction with the rear diffuser and over fenders. Shaping the fender and bumper separation for the final clay modeling stage. 4. Beginning the Molds: Prepping for the messy part... 5. Cutting and closing: Now the scary part begins... drawing the line to cut the rear quarter panels. A critical step to fit the massive 20x13.5 wheels with 345 Pirelli tires. Sanding off the paint to allow for adequate bonding. Fiberglass applied to close up the open quarter panel. Working on the rear quarter panel flange for a seamless fit rather than screws or rivets. 6. Installation and testing: Molding the quarter panel to the car CNC rapid prototype fitted And shaped with the existing M4 side vents Measuring the wheel fitment to maximize inner and outer clearances: 20x13.5 wheel cut yet unfinished. Mounted with 345 Pirelli's for test fitting before brushing and powder coating. |

I'm surprised but I don't think it looks too bad.

The fender blending and effort put into getting the lines right is spot on. Brilliantly done and beautiful. The M4 needs the curvature in it's sides and the front and rear really look spot on to me.
The fenders were most of the work, so I'm glad I can support it there. Because everything else is not my cup of tea.
