Question SPORT vs NORMAL interior lighting??

Can someone explain what sport interior lighting is (vs normal)? There is a setting for it, yet it does not turn the lights on when i choose it. It is also nowhere to be found in the manual.

When I did PCD, they explained that sport lighting referred to white ambient lighting, compared to the traditional orange hue.

When you switch between one or the other you can spot the subtle difference in ambient light colour inside the car. Try it when its dark outside and look at the internal door cards as there is a strip light along the length.
Hope that explains.

White (sport) versus orange hue (standard)...also affects outside door lights when locking or unlocking car. The interior ambient lights are not very powerful, though.

You can code these to be independent of the dimmer switch so you can turn up the intensity and leave the dash lights low. This will highlight the ambient lighting a lot.
