WOT problem

Hi guys I was wondering if anybody could help me.
So I have a 2011 e92 m3 DCT and when I accelerate in 1st gear in manual mode traction on power off the gas pedal seems to vibrate like crazy. It vibrates only in first gear, its smooth after i shift. Vibration goes all the way to redline.
Not sure what's going on.

Turn traction control off and see if it still vibrates. I'm assuming it's a TCS issue.

Car 100% stock?

I just figured he has more traction in second gear as opposed to first so there'd be less vibration. I'm lost on this one, though.

The car had a ideal actuator fault, but is still stalling. I have to bring it back to the dealer. It still vibrates when i turn the traction off. I don't think it's how aggressive the throttle is. I have a muffler delete right now, that is the only modification. I put 1000 miles on it and it just recently started to have gas pedal vibrations.
