Full Individual Leather Questions
I am asking on behalf of my father. I've been reading up trying to find information but there is nothing clear.
First off, my dad loves the look that a full leather dash gives with say a sakhir interior. The red stripe on the left and right of the dash adds some cool character. The question is, it looks like if he went with individual amaro brown, the ENTIRE dash is amaro brown. Not the typical two tone you get with full sakhir or silverstone. My next question is price. Those who have full amaro said their window sticker was 4k for it. There's no where to find any clear information about what the cost distinction between full or extended individual leather is. Along with the look of full individual or extended. Anyone have expericene with this? I know a few people here have taken delivery of some individual leathers. Are any of them "two tone" on the dash? Thank you! |

As much as I know all the "semi-individual" interiors don't have the stripe but the complete lower dash in the same color as the seats. I ordered Cohiba Brown with the leather dash (you actually can't have the full leather but you can get the extended leather and additionally get the leather dash and upper part of the doors in leather) and it will be also with the lower dash in Cohiba Brown.

Ok it must be possible then. I thought I remembered seeing it. But the recent San Marino F80 has this type of interior with the "semi individual" cohiba.

This must be a custom option, don't know how much it costs. He also has the lower parts of the seats (on the sides) and the lower middle console in the same color as the seats. But that's not the "normal" option you can get, only special custom order.

In the Cohiba picture it looks like the leather directly above the speedometer is Cohiba. I assume that is just the light and that piece is black like in the amaro picture, correct?

I posted this in the other thread. Regardless of extended or full, add $1350 to respective selection.
Ex. F80 Sedan: Extended leather w/o Exec. = $950 Individual Extended leather w/o Exec. = $2300 ($950 + $1350) Extended leather w/ Exec. = $0 Individual Extended leather w/ Exec. = $1350 Full leather w/o Exec. = $3600 Individual Full leather w/o Exec. = $4950 Full leather w/ Exec. = $2650 Individual Full leather w/ Exec. = $4000 |

The individual interior options on BMWNA web site appear to be just extended, not full. Any more information on full leather? I'd love to order full Opal White for the interior, and frozen japan red for exterior.

While full individual is possible, the online configuration only is letting you visualize and price the extended option, not full. |

Are you sure that's Extended, and not Full? And in post #4, it seems to show the same leather dash, but it has the stripe, where your pic shows a car with no stripe for the glovebox, but still leather.

Ah, indeed. Thank you -- I read that but was still confused.. but going through it a bit more it matches up to what's on the site for extended... $4950 for full. Makes sense. And $5,000 for the frozen japan red exterior... so I'd be looking at around $10k for the two.
