BMW 3 Series Innovations Ad

For those who have seen this ad, have you noticed that something appears to be missing at seconds 18-19? It looks like the hood line is not there (even though it's clearly visible from the side at 16 seconds). I can't tell if this is just a blurry subtlety/glare, or if BMW intentionally photo shopped it for more pleasing aesthetics... which would be an interesting admission!
