Advice buying a low profile car lift

Hey guys, I'm shopping for a low profile (above ground) car lift for my M4, never had one before, so if someone here can give me a good advice I will appreciate it.
The main idea is to lift the car enough for detailing the car after washing, I'm 52 years old and 6'4"....... my back had better days, I'm the only one who washes my car every weekend and planning to do so as long as I can, here some samples I found on the internet, one of my concerns is ground clearance and also the lift points, love the idea of the portable one from BendPak

we have the Rotary lift in our estimating bay at our shop. it will lift my M4 without any problems. it will come with rubber blocks to put on the jacking points to avoid exhaust damage from the platform. very nice and easy to use. It is a permanent install, vs the other one can be moved around, it just a little more unstable....

Will the portable one fit in the trunk? If so that might be the way to go if you get a flat. I have no idea how much that weighs, but even so you'd need to by a spare and put it in your back seat. If it's just for washing the car I would go with the first choice. I heard oil changes are really easy with this car. What is the cost for those? GL to you.

So I would look at the quicklift. I'm not sure if it's long enough for our cars but its a very cool/ affordable jack that I'm considering. The other option I'm looking at is a built in scissor lift. Basically you dig out the footprint of the jack plus a bit and make a concrete form. You then drop in the lift and it sits flush with your floor completely out of the way. I've seen the in floor scissor lift jacks with over 60" of lifting height.
