I turned 40 today, but I don't care because I got my E90 M3 at 39 and 350'ish days, but who's counting anyways....

It's not a mid life crisis because I was 39 when I bought it, so there...

I don't think buying an E90 M3 is any indication of a midlife crisis. I think you'd have to go convertible (E93 M3).

Awesome looking car, but then I'm biased! I turn 38 this year and even though time marches on, relationships, experiences, education and toys like the M3 all accumulated over the years make me feel somewhat accomplished and blessed at the same time.

You aren't old. I bought mine at 41. Just turned 45. Love the car. I knew nothing about m's before I bought it. My friend took me to the dealership and said "buy this". I kept saying I wanted to get a new car and had been driving a Toyota Corolla for 8 years ...

You are only as old as you feel and when I drive the car I feel 18 ....

Funny I'm 54 and would not get caught dead owning a sedan, even one as nice as an M3 E90. Its so grown-up.

I'm 45. Have both a 335i with mppk and exhaust and my baby a 2011 M3 coupe manual. Drive my m3 everyday. I'm a m3 addict. I would not dare drive a slow gas sipping sedan! You go bro!
