Default AC Setting @ Startup

Does anyone know if you can change the AC setting default on startup?
My X5 always starts with the AC/Fan on the lowest setting...
Can this be changed to start with the AC/Fan off?

It will remember the last setting when you turned off and locked the car, please remember that it is key specific as well

I found an interesting thing though:

If I leave the driver's fan off, it stays off when I come back. If I leave the driver's fan on, but the passenger's fan off, it is on again when I come back. If the passenger fan was on, it does save the setting though.

+1 I turn off the AC before shutting off the car everytime but the car still starts with the AC on.

Mine seems to remember the temp and the fan settings, only exception being off, it always defaults to on

TBH, can't remember if the actual A/C is on but the fan is definitely on usually on the lowest setting with the last temp it was set at.
