Convince me to buy the m4 over the c63s

Hi guys I'm currently deciding between buying an m4/m3 or a c63s as my daily driver ,please help me make my choice . Ive been surfing this forum ever since the m4 and m3 released and i have learnt that the car is nothing but spectacular, but from what ive heard the c63s is a beast as well and im torn apart between choosing between them . Im not biased over amg nor m but i really need honest opinions! Thanks guys ! :

I wanted one the moment I first laid eyes on one. I was an Audi man until I saw the M. IMO, it's the better looking of the German 3 and the fact it's the only one with a manual option made it a no brainer.

Drive them both. I prefer looks of m3 but haven't driven c63. Both are decent choices

Do you want auto or manual......if the answer is proper 6M......you only have one choice.

Can't go wrong either way. Both great cars.

Read the M3/4 vs C63 threads.
Read the thread already. The c63s is faster but the question is who wins all around and who wins when it comes to driving pleasure ?

You can easily enough read the differences in specs (tranny, weight, looks, etc). Unless one runs away for you on paper or has fatal flaw, only way to decide is ass-in-seat time.

....and, really, could spending time doing that be such a bad way to spend time?

I like the C class interior quality and sound system better. If you're getting an automatic I would say wait for the 4matic version depending on weather.

Between the two I would say go with the benz for a little more luxary bias and prestige or go bimmer if you want more sport. Personally I'd prefer a Porsche Macan as a daily since it has more ground clearance and hatch.

Do you drive on the track?

Are you planning to order a manual transmission?

If the answer to both of these is "no", I would opt for the C63.

If you want to start doing track events, I would get the M3/4.

For a purely street driven vehicle, I would get the C63. It has more power and is a more comfortable daily driver.

You honestly need to drive them both!

I went M3 since I love the styling and interior and I didn't want to wait for the C63 to come out. Also probably got a better deal on my M than I would have on the C. I have absolutely no regrets with my M3 and if presented with the same choice now that both cars are out, I would still go M3 99% of the time!

Then get the M4

You will love it and you have the comfort of already knowing that. If you turn out to no t like it, sell it in a few years and get the C63.

More comfortable does not only refer to ride quality, which is subjective.

The transmission in the C63 is smoother and the M3/4 transmits more noise through its solidly mounted rear subframe. The new C class interior looks great and the Burmeister sound system sounds great also. The Mercedes also comes with an auto hold function for the brakes which is a great function for daily driving.
