Foldind mirror or not

Can anyone, please, tell if this is a folding mirror or not (is the electric motor missing)?

I'm in doubt since many here in forum says it's just a matter of coding. Local dealer says car is not fitted with that option (and it cannot be re-fitted!)

Do you have a button on the driver's arm rest to fold the mirrors?

I think coding is only to enable automatic folding when locked.
