If what I'm willing to pay isn't what a seller wants, then what I want to pay is irrelevant. I am not looking to start by making offers. Everyone in this community knows what is low, medium and high for this car and it's all contingent with the condition, mileage and mods. i will pay what I think the car is worth.

Ok... We still dont know what you want to pay...... Good luck with finding one. Its always good to say a price range your willing to pay many have what your looking for and might want to part with it to move on or upgrade.

You did not specify E90 or E92 but I have a nice one up for sale on this forum.

Doesn't matter between E90 or E92. I'm looking for a local car...100 mile radius. It's too much work and more expensive to ship a car or even pick up a car to drive back.

I just bought the car you're looking for two months ago and I found it on Autotrader.com. As a matter a fact, I have bought the last 5 cars Ive owned off Autotrader. I also looked on the forums, but Autotrader was ultimately where I found the best cars for the money (forum cars are really marked up). I found a fully loaded 2011 E92 ZCP Mineral White M3 with 18k on the clock. Price was reasonable.

As far as only looking locally, good luck with that. It will take you much longer to find the right car without looking outside the "box". I think you should be open to driving a few hours (or more) to get the right car. Shipping is not a big deal either, I just did it and it cost $600. I drove to Ohio a few years ago for an AMG and it was well worth it as the car was immaculate and had very low miles. It was really fun driving it back as well.

Anyway, that's my $.02...if you have any questions PM me.

I don't disagree. I bought my old 335i in Dayton, OH. Got clocked at 90 in 55 in PA. Didn't realize I was even in PA. Thought I was still in VW where it was at least 70 MPH. Tropper gave me a break and only charged me with 15 MPH over, which is still killing my insurance premium. Needless to say, the last thing I am going to attempt is driving an M3 back from anywhere, lol.

I will be open to better deals outside the surrounding towns, but I'm not in a rush as I am looking for the best deal. You're right, the forum prices are marked up. I'm on Auto trader and even eBay at least a few times a day keeping an open eye out for it.

I am open to offers but they need to be realistic. For my vehicle which sounds exactly like what you are looking for it can be put back to the way it came delivered to the dealership.

Thank you!

And everyone needs to remember with my car it was a garage queen most of its life (drove 6k per year average). Never launched, tracked, raced or accidents. Still on original front tires with lots of meat left.

$36.5 for a 2010 with 2 owners and over 70k miles. I think mine is a way better deal being a single owner and only 21k miles, not to mention a year newer .

1. and not local, in fact is far from local as could be.
2. modded
3. very expensive for an 2011 no warranty car

GLWS, but if you are a month into prime selling time and not sold, your cars probably significantly overpriced.

#2 is not even a valid point. Brembo Brakes and a BMW upgraded exhaust system are exactly that....UPGRADES. its not like it has a full suspension and a supercharger. Also, he offered to sell without the mods.

His price is high, which is not uncommon for forum cars (owners love them dearly), but he will either find a person that loves the car and is willing to come near his price OR he will have to lower it.

I do agree with him tho that looking at a 2010 with 70K is a waste of time....sorry

Picked up a 100% stock 2011 E92 6MT with 38K. Mineral white, red fox leather and carbon trim. Not a competition package, but it's got everything else and the EDC. Got it for a few grand off from market value. The interior 10/10 and exterior damn near the same. The tough thing was finding one worth looking at and that can be difficult to do from long distance. Having a 6MT was a must. First mod might be the perforated exhaust mod and I am in serious need of some whiter angel eyes.

skip ACM/perforated mod and get your self a good aftermarket muffler. it will cost couple of 100s more but worth every penny. ACM has slight drone

Definitely skipping the ACM, but the reviews of the Perforated mod appear to be pretty good. I hope to find someone in NOVA who has the mod so I can hear it in person, but for my budget and expectation, the perforated sounds like the way to go.
