KWv3 knocking noise??

i just installed my KWv3 with out of the box shock settings and lowered by 25mm all round..

when i driver slowly over cobbled or bumpy road the front left struct seems to make a noise like its loose.. I took it back to the shop and told them to check it and all is tight apparently.. but it still makes a rattling knocking noise on bumpy surface.. rear and front right is fine..

anyone else experience this?

hmmm... We haven't noticed anything knocking or rattling on our M4.
Did you do what the shop suggested and check all of your nuts and bolts?
Did you make sure the springs were sitting on the perches or rubber in the right locations?
Sometimes if they aren't in the right locations they can "pop" into or out of place a lot, especially in the front where you have turning from steering. So you can hear a lot of "popping or pinging" noises as result.

Double and triple check your install and torque all nuts and bolts to spec. Start there.

Could be a defect, but your tech should be able to pin point it.
