Issue with upgrading Telephone / Multimedia software

Hi there... I'm hoping someone out there can help me with my issue. Essentially I'm trying to update the Tx/Mx software from v3.4.31 to v3.5.4/8 but the FAT32 USB 2.0 stick containing the software doesn't seem to be recognised :-(

I ended up putting a song on the USB stick and trying to play it through the centre console. Interestingly it detects the USB stick and starts to play the song however it stops again after a few songs and the car loses the USB stick until I remove and re-insert.

Has anybody had this issue or have any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I did... No joy. I did manage to find a fix though using the central console. I found that playing music off the USB stick at the same time as updating the software seemed to maintain the connection... Job done!
