Carbon Fiber on consoles with manual transmission, '15-'16 M4

Guys have you seen an option or does a carbon fiber cover the console on M4 manual transmissions.

I'm not sure if I am following the question but this is what my M4 6MT looks like with no option other than leaving the base carbon fiber trim.

I got the M Perf CF shift knob and e-brake handle.
Is that what you were referring to?

Yes, 2016.

They were not optioned from the dealer (although I'm not sure if they can be?) but I got mine from iND.

It is interesting to note that the "build it" site for BMW gives no information on what the '16 M4 base carbon fiber package includes. The pictures on this site today make the '16 different from the '15 and the dealers seem to know less than the site. I hope my '16 includes the package on the '16 Sakhir submitted.

The 2016 carbon fiber trim package includes the center console trim as depicted in your first post on 6MT vehicles. Unless they ripped mine out somewhere between ED and when I get to pick up the car, anyway...

There is no "Carbon Fiber Package". The car comes standard with Carbon Fiber interior trim which includes the console trim you show in your OP as well as matching trim on the dashboard.

The visual presented by the configurator on bmwusa.com should show this pretty clearly.

Actually, there is no difference between trim on 2015 and 2016 models.

I hope my '16 includes the package on the '16 Sakhir submitted.

As noted by the person who posted that photo, those are not factory standard nor factory options. They are aftermarket accessories, in this case first party "BMW M Performance Parts".
